We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for one more woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to uncover out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband initial left he was very sad and apologetic as he felt that soon after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t believe he loved her any more. He said he necessary time apart and didn't wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a huge quantity of dollars out of their joint bank account which he said he required to set himself up in a new location to live.
Although waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less money into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was quite strange behaviour for him and completely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may well have an additional woman as a comparable factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could aid as we had helped her inside the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was one more woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and also the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just after he had left our client.
We had been able to provide our client with all the evidence she required to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she said that after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had almost certainly been having an affair with this woman for a lot of years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
